Refund Policy

Important Notice

Unistack Solutions provides customized, time-bound services. Once work begins, resources are allocated specifically to your project. This policy defines the limited conditions under which refunds may be considered.

Refund Eligibility (Limited)

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 24 hours of payment and before any work has started
  • We are unable to initiate the project due to internal constraints
  • The agreed requirements cannot be delivered as confirmed in writing

Partial Refund (At Our Discretion)

In rare cases, a partial refund may be considered if:

  • The project is cancelled before significant development milestones
  • Delays are caused due to prolonged non-response from the client
  • The project scope is changed substantially after work has begun

Any partial refund amount is determined solely by Unistack Solutions based on effort and resources already utilized.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Work has already commenced on the project
  • Source code, documentation, or deliverables have been shared
  • Dissatisfaction due to unmet expectations outside the agreed scope
  • Failure to respond or provide inputs for more than 30 days
  • Requests made after project delivery or submission date

Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted formally and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Requests must be sent via email with complete project and payment details
  • Review may take up to 5 business days
  • If approved, processing time may take up to 10 business days

Final Decision

All refund decisions made by Unistack Solutions are final and binding. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
